Default Points Question

I ate 24 extra points this week. I eat 29 points a day and have 3 days left in my "week". Should I keep eating my daily points allowance, or would it be alright for me to just eat 21 points for the next three days to offset my overeating?

Have you already used your weekly flex points? If not, why don't you just subtract your 24 points from those? Or up your activity over the next few days to offset the points. I would not remove points from my daily allowance, but that's my opinion.
