Red face Back on the wagon!
Hello, I am both happy and sad to say I am returning here after a long time, I got down to 154lbs then put on weight back up to nearly 180lbs! I am ashamed I did but, hey, I am here now trying to sort it out now!
I am now at 170lbs and want to get fit and healthy again. I love this website and hope I can provide as much support as I get from your posts. Nice to meeting you all!

Little bit more about me- I am 22, from the UK and I am at University

Congrats on getting back on the wagon! I too have fallen off after losing weight, but I'm committed to reaching my goal again.

Welcome. I, too, have fallen off the wagon more times than I care to remember. Acknowledging the fact and moving forward is progress. We can do this.
