I had the day from h-e-double-l at school today....just feeling really, really defeated as far as my success at teaching this year is going. Started out so well....now my student's attitudes seem to be turning to s**t overnight.... *sigh* It's depressing me terribly, and that's a real food trigger for me....I was hoping to reach 213 by the 12th - there's no way on God's green earth, now. Truthfully, the weight thing - I'm okay with it....it's school that's got me tied in knots.

Tomorrow will be better.

Jenelle - Hang in there. It's so hard when you feel like your success is tied to someone else and they have a bad attitude. Don't let it get to you!!! What grade do you teach?

My points for the day:

Food - 0
Exercise - 0
Water - 1

At 5:30, I was still going to have a 3 point day. By 6:30 it was over. Life is so Unpredictable .

okay - so I don't feel so bad anymore.. I only got one point too.

Pal the dog broke my palm pilot, which started a pretty good food binge. *Sigh*

3 for me boh days. (can you believe it i am so stuck on getting my points i got home last night at 10 p after working (as a nurse) for 15 hours, and up at 430 to exercise i ran 1 mile yesterday) and look what time it is 5 am so i can get my exercise in!!! how dumb can i be!!)

Well I just got 1 point. I am going to try and remember everything I ate last night but didn't write it down and it was a bunch. Of course I didn't exercise either.
