Default Has WW changed at all?

I quit going to WW around May last year. Has it changed any? I really am thinking about renewing my membership. Are the materials revised or anything? I really miss the accountability. Thanks!

If they had filling foods and the momentum plan last May I think it is still the same.

I don't think it's changed, except the updated Food Companion and Restaurant Companion books. Even those little rectangular Week 1, etc books they had out when you start are exactly the same. I am on Week 8 and all 8 are the same ones I got last year so I'm just passing them on to a friend. I think you're safe to jump right in! From what your ticker says, it looks like you've been doing well even without going! Good for you!

I was in it a couple years ago and re-joined last summer. Honestly, since I had been counting points two years ago it was basically the same since then. I asked my leader if they changed how they calculated points at all and they hadn't. I dug out my old materials from then and now I have two of each kind of tracking book (I keep one of the restaurant ones in my car and the other in DH's car) and several sliders. Those come in handy!

So there should really be no differences for you!

i have a question, too. i have to wait another week before attending meetings again..havent been in a few years, had two kids, and, well...you know. lol. life happens last time i went, to figure out your daily points target, it was the quiz: "if you are female add 2 points. what is your age range? first two digits of your weight..etc etc" is that still the same?? i am starting to calc. points and im curious what my daily goal would be. tia

I just calculated mine and it seems as if it is the same. 0 points if you have a sedentary job and all that.

I'm only allowed 19 points and that's tough. I plan to save most of my extra points for the weekends.
