Hello 30-somethings. I am new to the site, and the whole notion of support groups, so I am pretty clueless right now. I just thought I would drop in and say hi since this seems to be the area I will be in most. then scroll through all the other posts and get a feel for this thing. Maybe get a little advice as well.

I'm not big on the sharing and talking thing, specially since I am a total recluse now *long story*.. But I thought i would give it a shot so here I am.

to the groups Chrys! We're all here to support each other and these ladies and gentlemen (the guys are here somewhere...) know how to support and motivate and they give some great advice. What more can you ask for!!

Hey Chrys!! There are a few of us that barely ever leave the house...I am a stay at home Mom of 4, I babysit 2 little ones and home school our big ones. Pretty much only go out on Friday for groceries!

I find this site as my lifeline! These are my girls, my compadres, my support. It's a great bunch of women.

Where to start? Good question. I am looking to start over too and this website is an incredible inspiration to me. Last summer I was down to 140 and feeling great. Well, 10 lbs. found me again and now I can't seem to keep them off for good. So, I am back on this site for inspiration and motivation. And I am looking so forward to feeling good and healthy and in control again.

I've been prone to "suffer in silence"...I've had a great time talking and occasionally venting here. The support has been awesome by others who have "been there, done that".
