Ah, the month of January with all its resolve has passed. I'm down 10lbs but that was in the first two heady weeks and the last two - nuttin'. Why? Because I'm not sticking to my plan! Found myself today justifying why it would be ok if I didn't lose any more weight. What?!?! I need to get in gear and get going.
Anyone else out there who needs to re-focus and start the month of February with a bang?! Can we lose 4 lbs by Valentine's Day???

As for me I'm going to get my exercise today cleaning the carpets with the rug dr. due to some medicine that made my two year old throw up all over the house. Too much information I know. Since my weigh in on Saturday (which I'm considering my starting weight for this challenge, even though it was still January), I'm down 1.8 lbs. 3.2 to go!
I forgot to wear my pedometer today in the morning rush. On the other hand, I didn't forget my healthy lunch or workout clothes so it was ok. I felt naked without it all day, but I went to the gym after work so I know I hit my pedometer goal. I'm tossing it in my purse tonight so I definitely will have it tomorrow. I need to get to the gym before work to have any chance of getting a workout in tomorrow. That's going to be a challenge in itself.
I am SO in for this challenge. I still haven't weighed in yet, not in two weeks. I am also very nervous to weigh in. I have been doing great with exercise, as usual, but cheating a bit on food. I will try for the 4 pound goal!!
We're halfway to Feb. 14! I've been good and held myself accountable going to the gym nearly every day and eating only food I have at home. I've lost a smidge, not quite at 4 yet.
