JM 30 day shred vs. joyce vedral weight lifting
Anyone familiar with Joyce Vedrals Bone Building weightlifting workout? She is kind of old school and you have to watch your form (she is not the best model in this respect) but I do like the workout and feel it will be effective over time.
I also have tried JM 30 day shred and like it also due to the cardio and strength training it entails but am looking for opinions on which workout may be the most effective in terms of body re-composition. Experiences please! Thanks
