Hi girls! Its pouring rain here and I am in the office working.

The shower went well last night, i was very happy with it. Tonite is the other shower I am hosting at the pottery painting studio. This one should be fun too. Its 3 hours long, then we are going dancing, if the bride is up to it. She has been having foot pain!?

B/f is out of town camping with his sister. I am a little blue lately, I think its just stress. Seems like all the things going on lately have left me feeling out of control and sad. I sometimes feel like I go go go all the time and forget about that "belle time" I struggled with last year.

I miss running too - it was a great stress releiver for me.

Well, I was up 1.4 this week, but I think its largely TOM. TOM is scheduled for arrival in the next 2-3 days, so I am sure that's it.

3 more weeks to THailand. Can't wait.

Hi Belle -

Just back in from taking mom to the mall.
I didn't go for my Training walk this AM - last night I wasn't feeling well, so I took 3 Advil liquid & went to bed by 10 PM. I woke up this AM and DID NOT want to get up for anything, so I banged in.
Now I feel guilty ...

I did go for a 1 mile run this AM. Haven't done that in a while - it felt good.

And I'm hoping to hit the streets for a walk before I have to go to work tonight.

I need to get out of this house ... all of us are home.

Sorry to hear you are at work today. But with this heatwave (at least we are having one in NY) going to work w/ air conditioning is a good thing!

Glad to hear the showers went well. Dancing sound like fun. I've never gone out "dancing". We go to this bar, which features local bands and they play cover songs ... and we dance - but it's not like a club or anything. It's a bar w/ a dance floor and the place get's CROWDED! It's fun ... teehee!

I'm going to go relax.

I assume you don't have kids - but when you do, you LEARN how to grab any "self" time you can!!!
You'll figure it out ... sometimes you have to listen to the silence to really hear the things that are important.

I like you, are usually go, go, go ... This morning, no one was home, I didn't go walking & I was GLUED to the TV watching "Bring It On" - a cheerleading movie. I couldn't get off of the couch for anything ... I did a couple loads of laundry in between & I was so content ... I got to watch what I wanted to, no channel flicking, no cartoons - a silly "girl" movie that I was engrossed in.

If anything seeing those girls in the Cheerleading outfits motivated me to get on the treadmill & run ... teehee!
