Smile The wave exerciser.

I just bought the wave exerciser by the FIRM today? Has anyone tried it? I plan on trying it tonight.

I have owned it for over a year and honestly I just started using it about a month ago. I like using it to change things up, but honestly I liked the "fanny lifter" much better. I have to really watch my step on some of the faster moves with the wave because I don't always tend to strike right in the middle....but I tend to be more on the clumsy side too!

I do really like the ab workout with it.......I tend to feel soreness in my ab muscles I didn't even know existed.

So just an update if anyone is reading this thread and wants to buy the wave. I bought it on Sunday at walmart and just returned it today. It seemed like a waste of money to me. The videos were boring and I didn't feel like I was getting a good work out. I like all of the beach body videos much better!!

That's disappointing cynthialynn, but thank you for letting us know! I seriously was going to order it, and I'm glad I didn't waste the time and money!

I bought it in the beginning of the year, hoping I would love it. Honestly, it was a big letdown. The piece of equipment itself never made me feel very stable. I just couldn't do the rocking motion without feeling like I was going to fall and knock my teeth out.

So, now I have another dust collector. *sigh*

I used to love all of the FIRM dvds, but I've sort of cooled off of them. All those squats and lunges messed up my knees.
