i am reading the book and come to the portion on vitamins and supplements...what do you take or do you only take the atkins vitamins?

Unfortunately, the Atkins vitamins were discontinued years ago. I take Your Life, which is a multi-vitamin made by Nature's Bounty. It contains no iron which is what Dr. Atkins recommended. I also take fish oil, evening primrose oil, garlic, vitamin c with echinacea, a hair, skin & nail vitamin and osteo bi-flex.
