Default About the BMI thing....

How do you know if your BMI is just obese or morbidly obese? Where did you get that from?

I myself have a BMI of 45

Experts generally consider a BMI below 20 to be underweight and a BMI of 20-25 to be healthy. BMIs of 25-30 are generally considered overweight while a BMI over 30 is generally considered obese. I think 40 and over is morbidly obese

Default Have seen two charts in various places

I've got two BMI readers marked and while they give the same numbers, they have two different charts. Based on that, I went looking at other charts and found that they fall into one or the other of the two.

One is similar to the one posted that goes from obesity to morbid obesity, with MO at 40 or greater.

The second chart adds a category of severely overweight (between 32.3 and 44.8) and puts morbid obesity at over 44.8. It doesn't make a bit of difference, but I like the second chart better because I "just" dropped out of its "morbid" category

So by the second chart, you're not far from slipping into the next category!
