I do watch my sodium, but I'm not obsessive about it. I read somewhere that it's okay to have a little extra sodium here and there, but it's when you're having lots of it everyday for many days in a row that it becomes a health problem. (not sure where i read that or i'd post the link, sorry!)
I love frozen meals like lean cuisines and smart ones too.. it's typical for me to eat one every day. I haven't had a problem so far
