Default Low Cal Dairy options?

I am not getting enough dairy and I am looking for some input. I do eat light yogurt several times a week and use 2% milk instead of creamer in my coffee. I just have been looking over my food journal and dairy is lacking.

I combine 1 c. skim milk with 1/2 c. lowfat ice cream and 1/2 c. frozen fruit (blueberries or raspberries most commonly) in blender for fruity milkshake.

OMG,thats sounds delish I use to experiment with smoothies and milkshakes alot. Thanks for the reminder....

How about cheese? I like string cheese with an apple, or the reduced fat cheddar cheese on cheese crackers...

I use skim milk with a serving of cheerios or or another lower calorie cereal for breakfast or some times I'll use soy milk..

I also have a little cheese every day to like a piece of string cheese or reduced fat cheddar as well.

also they make reduced fat cottage cheese thats pretty good. I like to mix some fruit in with it for breakfast as well.

laughing cow cheese is great on anything..

Or why not just drink a serving of milk each day?
