Healthily, you should only be losing 1-2 lbs a week. So...7-14 weeks?

the shortest way i know...you could remove a limb. an arm might weigh about 14 lbs. /sarcasm.

Really though, the 1-2lb per week idea is best. Also, I think you/people notice weight loss more when its combined with toning and firming. Maybe look into something like yoga or dance to get that slim, toned look.

anything involving "quick" weight loss will probably involve a big dose of water weight loss. which will just come back as soon as you start dieting properly.

that said, i'd suggest eating a low calorie diet (1200-1400 calories) and getting in some intense cardio every day.

BUT, since you are already at a healthy weight for your height, it will probably be slow no matter what. appearance-wise, you may want to focus on toning up instead of the number on the scale

Sh315, last time you were a regular here you left in search of help for what you called an "addiction to weight loss." What kind of help did you get back then? This question is worrisome to me. Please consider.
best wishes only

Slow and steady wins the race..like some others said 1-2 lbs a week.

I noticed your very small menu plan the other day and I honestly don't think its healthy to eat so little and do a lot of exercise. Your body will probably go into 'starvation' mode and try to hold onto whatever it can. I did the weight watchers points and I know that if you're under 150 lbs and trying to lose weight you should eat 20 points..I counted your points and it was about 7-8.

I also watch the Biggest Loser and Jillian has REPEATEDLY said that you have to eat to get results.

Sh315, I am truly concerned for you and like Kittycat said..This question is worrisome. I'm not trying to preach to you about weight loss or how you should do it. I just want you to know it's not healthy to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time.

Wishing you the best of luck!

I agree with others. Some of your recent questions look like you might need to get in contact with agencies who can help you deal with your thoughts about losing weight. They all suggest an extreme to me and you don't really want to be going there.

Hugs

Kitty
