Olive Oil?
Last night I cooked cod and spinach in olive oil and did not measure how much I used. Opps! How many points should I give to this olive oil? I am thinking I used 2 tablespoons but not sure if I am under estimating by giving it 6 points?

A little bit - olive oil has roughly 4 points per tablespoon, so to be safe I would count it as 8. A good healthy oil, though!!!
