Gym: 30 min treadmill, 30 min weights
Missed, been kinda lazy this week
Day 2 (Friday)
Gym: 30 min treadmill, 30 min weights, 1000 yd swim
Accompished: 30 min treadmill, 15 min weights (arrived late and didn't have the time to finish weights before work), 1100 yd swim
Day 3 (Sunday)
Walk up Stone Mountain (weather permitting- alt plan: gym 90 min)
*I included cardio in my plan as well, just to keep me accountable. I'm much more likely to skip out on my cardio than my weight training
