Default bye 180! i wont be seeing you!!
so after a miserable 6 week plateau, i finally dropped to 178.4 last week. i had been bouncing between 179 and 181. i didnt want to get my hopes up and then see 180 rear its ugly head this week, so i kept quiet.

today is weigh day and i saw 176.8!! i think i can safely say that i am done with 180. even though the slow and steady approach sorta sucks, lol, im starting to see the benefits. after all that work, i will NEVER let myself see 180 on my scale again.

i really dont know if i couldve kept my hope without you girls/guys. i almost feel like theres a reason i found this board because it was right before the plateau started and this was the longest, hardest one ive had so far.

SUPER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate the 180's On the scale But Loved the actual 80's era ~LOL
I so badly wanted to see 179.8 or lower today on the scale which would have let me get to being just overweight and no longer obese~80 lbs total lost and just 29 more lbs to go to get to my ultimate goal But I Stepped on the scale and it said 180.2~ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

I Was soooooo pissed....LOL~Anyways So proud of you for reaching into those 170's and saying goodbye to the horrible 180's!

I know I will say goodbye to them soon.

you will! it took me FORever. isnt that so annoying? the week in april wanted to be at 20 lbs lost i got on the scale and i had lost 19.8. shouldve gotten a haircut before i weighed myself or something.
