@Mommyto4: I mix it with hot water here at the office. The key for me to not have it be too clumpy is to only fill my mug about 1/2 way then stir until smooth, THEN top it off with more hot water. There is a thin film of soy-goo at the top, but I usually just eat it with my spoon and keep stirring it occasionally as I drink it to prevent settling. You don't even notice it after a while.
Another tip is that I usually mix in a teaspoon of powdered coffee creamer and 1/2 of a packet of equal. It makes it extra creamy and sweet, so I feel like I'm getting some indulgent S-Bucks treat
