Hi Ladies I've been popping in but with being 3 ppl at work now. . . and a crackdown on things that aren't "productive" my breaks are a bit cut down.
My fibromyalgias been creeping back bit by bit (which both leads me to eat crap and is exacerbated by eating crap) so I've been pretty wiped and sore/achy for weeks so exercise and healthy eating is kinda out the window.
Today I went ot the doc and got some meds. . .am trying something off label since the Lyrica dind't work for me and cymbalta seems to slow you down a lot which I don't need. . .we're picking it up tomorrow.
so hopefully I'll get my edge back and start feeling in control energetic and not so much aches and pains
Small steps right?
the hour is growing night so I'm heading to bed!
