Question Any plus size petite issues out there?

Just curious, anyone else on here that has a difficult problem finding clothing in women's sizes that are petite? About the only place I seem to find them is Talbots. There may be more shops online which I have to say I am usually reluctant to try due to wanting to try in on first, etc.... I am 5'2" and a Talbot's size 18 (petite womens). It almost always fits me to a tee. I can't find any other places tho (like Belk's, Dillards) that carry them. Anyone tried any online stores they are happy with?

I was able to find petite plus sizes at JCPenny, Sears, Kohls, Dress Barn 'Woman, Coldwater Creek, and Burlington.

I'm 5'3 1/2" -- just tall enough that true petites are just a tad short, but regulars are wayyyy too long. Sigh. And yes, I have a hard time finding pants that fit properly. I've had fairly good luck at JC Penney, at least in casual items like jeans. Since my current job requires scrubs rather than business casual, I haven't been doing much shopping for "dressier" clothing.
