Day 1{Detox}
Hello to all the fellow smashers starting this journey along with me. Today is Day 1 on the Detox..so far so good...aside from a headache which i kind of expected. I am trying to take it one day at a time...will go home and do 30 minutes on the glider. Since I have said it to you guys i need to stick by it so i can be accountable...how is everyone else doing?
