Anyone interested in a monthly challenge thread?
Would anyone be interested in a monthly challenge thread? I love the exercise accountability thread, but I think it might be helpful to have monthly fitness goals. As I get more fit, it's easy to get bored of my routine and to not feel as challenged. I know there are other monthly exercise threads as well, but I have only seen ones that are exercise-specific, like running. I'm thinking of a thread titled, for example, "July exercise challenges!" where we could set ourself a goal for the month, for any exercise or activity, and the challenge could be anything--run a certain distance or a certain pace, to try a new class, to do a certain number of reps, to exercise a minimum number of days or minutes, or--for me--to make it through a whole spin class without sitting through any standing sprints (I hate standing sprints)... it could be whatever challenge we wanted! Would anyone else be interested in something like this?
