OMG! First week and I lost...
I haven't posted much, but I have been reading for the last week. I got serious this week. It is my first week of summer break from school so I felt like I was more in control. I worked out 3 days and waited tables one night. I plan on working out more once I get my 3 kids in the kids room at the gym.
So this first week I lost..... 4 pounds!!! I know that I won't lose 4lbs every week, but it is so encouraging!
Now to NOT celebrate by eating junk....
