Let's see if it let's me post this. Yahoo had a link to a 100 calorie photo quiz which shows the same item in 2 different portions and you have to guess what's 100 calories. Gah even with my recent studying I didn't do so well!

20/24 I thought I would do better. I think I am better I guessing portion size rather than CAlories. I can spot a 4oz chicken breast a mile away!!!!

22/24. I missed the shrimp and the string cheese. I wasn't familiar with the brand of string cheese. Mine is 70 cals a string (lite cheddar from trader joe's).

I am a whiz when it comes to fruit, bagel, olive oil, real foods ... but I had a lot of good guesses on the rest because I have never heard of vitamuffins or turkey jerky. Never had Krispy Kreme or Burger King, so just went by what I've commonly heard here and there.

only 16/24. There some weird stuff that I don't eat, like shrimp, etc. I got the things I do eat right, thankfully!

Well I found some of the answers suspect and a lot of it depends on scale. Like I have shrimp all the time but obviously you get more shimp if you have smaller shrimp. The ones I get are 100 calories per 4oz. Likewise when I saw the pizza slice I know the place I like to go has 175-200 calories per slice so I estimated 1/2 a slice for 100.
