Default ugh, it is so hard not to weigh myself daily!

I find myself weighing myself each time I am in the bathroom!! as a nurse I know this is highly illogical, but I cant stop!!

It is a curiosity thing or is it detrimental?

If it's bumming you out:
Put the scale away. Pick it up and put it in the closet until it's time. Seriously.

If not, I can tell you my pink pjs weigh more than my blue ones and I can store up to two pounds of pee!

As long as you remember that water fluctuations are normal and you don't allow this to derail you from staying on-plan, then I don't think this is a problem. If you do start finding yourself discouraged or out of control, you could ask someone to hide them for you and only bring them out once a week or so. Whatever works best for you is okay. None of this is an exact science that works the same for everyone.

Since I started losing weight, I have weighed practically everyday. I know that fluctuations are normal and that I can't expect the scale to go down everyday or even to stay steady everyday.

Maybe it's not for everyone, but it certainly isn't harmful for everyone either, so unless it is causing you problems, why not weigh everyday?

I was feeling the same way. After going the last 5 or so years not even looking at the scale, I feel like I was making up for lost time in the past few months. So, I decided I'm not checking my weight until June 1st. I felt that my weight on the scale was seriously stressing me out and it wasn't worth it.

I'm already itching to go weight myself. But, it's not going to happen!!
