Hello,
My name is Sarah and I wanted to say Hi, I'm new to the group. I weigh @ 215 lbs and would like to be @ 150 lbs. (I' 5'7"). That's 65lbs. In the past two years I have gained @ 50 lbs after 5 years previously loosing 85 lbs. Now that you know my diet history... I have two kids (24 years and 5 years), go to school part time and help my husband with the farm. I have tried all type of diet fads (the newest is "Sensa", I will let you know how that works when it comes in). My goal is to loose 10 lbs by May 15th. I believe I can do it. My real goal is to fit into a size 12, I don't really care @ my weight, just my size. I have a wonderful wardrobe I purchased last year (size 10/12) in my closet. I am going to fit into some of it by the end of summer!!!
I just wanted to say hi. I was reading some of the April chat so congrat to all that are loosing. I love the name 3 fat chicks. Good luck all!

I find that the free blog they offer is a good tool as well, if you haven't signed up already.
