So, I just got back from the gym after taking a 2-month hiatus...because I was just being plain lazy. I did the tredmill for 35 minutes.. and the bike for 35 minutes..burning over 600 calories(according to the machines, don't know how accurate they are).. hoorray!.. lol aaaand now I'm dead tired. haha I feel good though
So I was wondering, on the days that you're feeling lazy and don't feel going to the gym.. what motivates you and gets you going?
