Haven't been able to visit here lately, but noticed there is no challenge thread.
and I have been pretty good this week, only one pound over my weight before my dad's latest health crisis. ....

I've been good...no binges, just eating too much junk food and not getting enough sleep <_<

My daughter insisted on having some easter chocolate, so I bought a few, and did decide to have a bit. But not enough for any of us to have a big binge fest.....
