I'd add in another fruit or two it can be something small like a clementine they are only 35 cals. or a small banana for 60 cals... etc.
and then 2 veggies like baby carrots or cucumber slices, grape tomatoes what ever you like..
and I agree about throwing in some protein for breakfast you could put some peanut butter with your apple slices or a boiled egg, or banana
