Now here's a forum that I never thought I would be in! Somehow i had this belief that I could get rid of my last 20 lbs without serious exercise. Just eating right and light activity 1-3 times a week.
I know, silly me.
Well here I am and INCREDIBLY proud to report that I joined a gym last Wednesday and have now been to 3 yoga classes and 2 spinning classes along with some very energized walk/runs with the pup. I have also signed myself up to 12 sessions with a personal trainer for weight resistance training.
So I suppose I'm just introducing myself and am thrilled to be including myself as one of the exercising population.
