5 Day OP Challenge #20
I havent seen chance around to start this one and I need some more accountability so if you dont mind I will begin another challenge
My plan: 1200-1400 calories, 95oz of water, C25K and Firm DVD's, track in TDP
Monday: cals,water,c25k and track!
Tuesday: cals, water, firm and track!
Wednesday:
Thursday:

I'm glad this is back!!!
Goal: 1550 calories, 80 oz of water, work out 4 days, and be sensible Friday since I am going away for the weekend starting Friday.
Monday: 1553 calories, 80 oz of water, 30 minutes on the stationary bike
Tuesday: 1499 calories, 80 oz of water, 50 minutes on the elliptical
Wednesday: 1532 calories, 80 oz of water, 45 minutes on the elliptical

Goals: Avg 1600 cals, 64oz+ water, Gym 3x, 200SU Challenge, more fruits/vegs
Monday: 20 mins cardio, 80oz water, approx. 1550 cals
Tuesday: rest day, 96oz water, 1365 cals
Wednesday: rest day, 72oz water, 1675 cals
Thursday: rest day, 96oz water, 1550 cals
Friday: 10 min elliptical, 30 min strength (legs/abs), 1 mile walk, 64oz water, 1651 cals

I am in too!!
Goal: 1500-1700 cals, gym 4 days and 80 oz water!
Monday: 1647 cals, 65 oz water and 1 hr of Zumba!
Tuesday: 1878 cals. 90 oz water and 1.5 hrs at gym.
Wednesday: 1648 cals, 72 oz water and 1 hour at gym!

how is everyone doing?
this week is good so far its the end of this week that is troubling. i am oot thursday - saturday and celebrating my bday saturday night so hopefully i can be good until saturday
