Talking 6 months, 93.8 lbs

My goal was to lose 100 lbs in 6 months. It was never something I thought I could attain but it was cool to think of.

Well it's a few days after my 6 month anniversary of starting this journey and I'm down 93.8 lbs. 93.8 LBS!!!!!!! I am OVER the moon excited. I'm only 6.2 lbs away from my 100 lb lost mini goal and despite my weight blip earlier in the week, all of it melted off PLUS 2 lbs more.

I wanted to share because a GREAT portion on my success comes from you ladies. I love reading and sharing, giving and getting support, drawing from YOUR successes and your ENERGY!!! The 100 lb club is the MOST supportive group ever. You ladies rock!!!!!!!!!!

Now on to the next 6.2 lbs and the next 100 lbs after that!!!!

I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say, we are all proud of you! You are such an ispiration, especially to me. You come on here, you are always positive (even when you have a set back), you give great advice, and you are "In the moment" about your journey. Does that make sense? 93.6 pounds is AMAZING!

bLIMEY! I knew you'd lost a lot but I didn't realize the time scale! That is absolutely blooping amazing!

First thing - congratulations without number! You are just totally inspirational.

Second thing - have you posted somewhere how you've done/are doing it? I don't mean that offensively like 'show me the magic button', I'm just curious to know how very much more effort you must be putting in than me!

Again, well done!

I am feeling FANFREAKINGTASTIC!!!! Honestly. I can run, skip, dance. I can get in and out of the tub without having a hernia. I can do SO MANY MORE things that used to take an insane amount of effort ... so much so that I wouldn't do it.

I don't have heartburn, anxiety, sore knees and back, knotted bowels... I feel HEALTHY!

My skin glows (getting in my efa's) my breath is clean, my eyes are shiny and my nose cold (well maybe not cold nose)

I honestly FEEL so good that I can't even imagine HOW MUCH BETTER I will feel down another 100 lbs!!!

Thanks for asking Kelly I love talking about the feeling

Ailidh: I think part of the reason I've lost SO MUCH so fast is how big I was. I started at 376 and the pounds starting falling off. I have changed EVERY thing about my eating. Removed all junk, get in my 7-10 fruit veg a day, eat only whole grain carbs, lots of lean protein (at least 100 grams a day) and good fats (but I keep those at no more that 30% of my daily intake.) I drink only water and decaf tea but I never was a pop drinker so... I walk every day and do yoga. I don't weight lift YET but I'm going to start at 250 lbs. I eat 5 times a day (3 meals and two snacks) and calorie cycle with an average of 1700 a day (I started at 1800.) That's about it! I don't cheat (ever) I rarely treat (but do the odd time and work it into my calories) I don't have free days. I am REALLY strict but I also REFUSED to give up some things. LIke cheese. I love cheese. I eat it every single day. I just measure it now Full fat dairy (expect milk and cottage cheese, I eat low fat versions of those) was another one I didn't want to give up. So I basically changed everything. For the better

Thanks for all the support ladies. You know I love you guys
