Default Rollercoasters?

I've never been on one, but I'm planning a vacation to disney world this summer, and to cedar point a little bit before that.

I've heard that some of the coasters, especially at cedar point, have pretty small belts. I'm wonderinig if I'll even be able to fit into the seats.

Here's the deal with me right now...
I'm 215ish
my hips are 48" and my chest is 43"
What do you think?

PS- does anyone know of a non-drowsy dramamine? I'd really like to be able to take some just in case.

We give the kids Bonine. It lasts all day and never makes them drowsy.

As far as the belts on the roller coasters, I went on a couple of them at Kings Island a couple years ago when I was at about 235 (and I'm only 5'2") with a waist of about 48", hips about 53",(can't believe I was that big!) and it was snug, but I fit. Check out the websites. Most of them have size recommendation and cautions for all the rides.

Most of all-enjoy your visits! I loooooove roller coasters and may get to go back to Kings Island this summer

I am a little bigger than you and I have been to Disney world and not had any trouble so there you should be fine. I have no clue about Cedar Point I have not been there. Have fun on your Vacation this summer.
I can't be of any help with the dramamine I have never used any.

Thanks, I'm so excited! I checked the cedar point site and it said that women who are size 18 or larger might not fit on all the rides. Seems kind of vague (I'm size 18, but so are a lot of people of various sizes), so if anyone else has experiences it would be much appreciated.

Don't worry, you should be able to do all the roller coasters. I've gone roller coaster riding in the last year and I had no problem.

We went to Disney World 2-3 times in high school to perform for the band, and that wasn't too long ago.

I'm about your size and I didn't have any trouble at all with the rides I don't like rollercoasters (me and heights are fierce enemies) but none of the other rides gave me any problems.

My mom is a size 18, sometimes larger size depending on namebrand, and probably around the same weight. We have been to many different theme parks and she has never had a problem with any of the rides so I'm sure you'll be just fine. I hope you have an awesome time, rollercoasters are by far one of my favorite things!

I wanted to know that to. I didn't know they had that information on the websites.
