71 days and I have LOST 30 pounds
On Jan 1, 2009 I started my new eating plan. I have lost 30 pounds as of today. I still find it hard to believe that I am eating to lose weight. It was the best decision I ever made. I have tried "diets" in the past but could never stick with them for too long as I felt deprived. Feeling deprived would then lead to binge eating. On my new eating plan I have made no restrictions for myself other than no regular soda. By eating every 3 hours I feel satisfied and energetic. People can't believe that I am eating to lose weight but I am.
