Default 71 days and I have LOST 30 pounds
On Jan 1, 2009 I started my new eating plan. I have lost 30 pounds as of today. I still find it hard to believe that I am eating to lose weight. It was the best decision I ever made. I have tried "diets" in the past but could never stick with them for too long as I felt deprived. Feeling deprived would then lead to binge eating. On my new eating plan I have made no restrictions for myself other than no regular soda. By eating every 3 hours I feel satisfied and energetic. People can't believe that I am eating to lose weight but I am.

AWESOME JOB! I am A calorie Counter~Eating to lose weight also...FEELS GREAT DOESN'T IT?I would have never let myself have gotton so big If I would have only new!Aint ya glad you found the secret to lose and the know how to keep it off?

Oh my gosh you are so right. If I had only known the secret years ago I would have saved tons of money on useless "diets" and been much healthier. Wow you have lost 40 pounds...that's great. It's such a great feeling that's for sure.
