Default "Party Like It's 2009" Red Team Challenge - Exercise

Let's try to up our exercising this week. Pick how many minutes you want to shoot for, then try to do a little bit more than that. Log it in this format (pick your own numbers though!):

Monday - goal 45 mins - actual xx minutes
Tuesday - goal 60 mins - actual xx minutes
Wednesday - goal 45 mins - actual xx minutes
Thursday - goal 60 mins - actual xx minutes
Friday - goal 45 mins - actual xx minutes
Saturday - goal 60 mins - actual xx minutes
Sunday - goal 45 mins - actual xx minutes

Exercise includes stretching, cardio, weights. Just because you walked up and down the stairs to get laundry does not mean you were doing cardio. If you put your shoes on and went up and down the stairs for 15 minutes though, that does!

Wednesday - Goal 60 mins, Actual 45 mins = - 15 mins
Thursday - Goal 60 mins, Actual 70 mins = + 10 mins
Friday - Goal 60 mins, Actual 90 mins = + 30 mins
Saturday - Goal 60 mins, Actual 100 mins = + 40 mins
Sunday - Goal 60 mins, Actual 60 mins = +/- 0 mins

Totals - Goal 420 mins, Actual 555 mins = + 135 mins

I love these types of challenges. I liked the food one last week too.


Monday - goal 40 mins - actual 55 minutes +15 min.
Tuesday - goal 40 mins - actual 30 minutes -15
Wednesday - goal 40 mins - actual 45 minutes +5
Thursday - goal 40 mins - actual 57 minutes +12
Friday - goal 40 mins - actual 45 minutes +0
Saturday - goal 40 mins - actual xx minutes
Sunday - goal 40 mins - actual xx minutes

Goal Total- 280 Actual- 232min.
