Default ff mayo

Hi everyone. Does anyone know if we can have ff mayo. If so, does it still count as a fat?

not sure.. it's not on my list so I don't eat it. have you tried replacing with a TBSP of low fat ranch dressing instead?.. it's creamy but better on the fat/calories.. maybe someone else knows?

Good question...I only ever use a little mayo in tuna so never really thought if it's allowed. I use the fat free stuff, and it's what like 20 calories for a tablespoon? If you only use a little I'm sure even if it's not allowed it's not gonna make or break ya

I think it counts as a condiment.
I use light mayo and count it as a Fat.

the cod said light mayo counts as a fat... I've used that all along because it tastes more like mayo than the ff stuff.

light mayo 1tbs counts as a fat and it is usually 2 fats a day and fat free dressing 1tbs counts as a condiment and you can have 3 condiments a day.
