Hey there. I'm fourteen, so I know exactly what your going through. But there are a few things to remember. One, make sure what you are doing is healthy. Your intake of calories shouldn't be below 1200, really around 1500 since your just starting. Exercise is good, but don't over do it. And life isn't like the Biggest Loser. You shouldn't be loosing more than three pounds a week, so don't make high goals and then get angry at yourself for not making them.

Other than that, ignore all the idiots who are being rude to you. Middle school is hard. And actually, things get better in high school - for me at least. People get to be more mature. Good Luck. :]

I am so proud that you girls are taking your health so seriously at a young age. Make sure that you are talking to your parents or guardians about your journey so that they can take you to the doctor and make sure that you are on the the right track. Teens have special nutrition needs that you need to make sure to take care of. Also remember to be safe online. Do not give out personal information or meet anyone in person.
