Talking First Goal!
Ok So I just joined and all y'alls posts are so motivating! Way to go! Keep it up!

My very first goal that I acheived and it may not seem like much, is that I started my program (WW) on friday evening, and it is now Sunday night and I have not cheated or strayed.My goal was to actually sign up and really understand the program and then to at least last 2 days! so 2 down and a lifetime to go!

Sounds like you have done what you set out to do. I joined WW online on Saturday afternoon, and so far so good. This is a great place for support. What part of Virginia are you in? I live in NC, just South of Charlotte. Keep up the good work!
