it's SUPPOSED to be a 2000 calorie day... I'm at about 900 and let's face it... none of that stayed down (or up for that matter.)
I'm going to try some toast and watermelon here in a bit... the watermelon stayed down in my son Phoenix earlier so I'm hopeful.

Phoenix is a very cool name, btw.
Saltines, chicken broth, a little 7-up (not sprite and not diet) always seem to help me.

Ah, heck, CFMama --- not only are you sick, but so is your child? I HATE when that happens. Stay hydrated and rest as much as you can and get better fast!
(Hey, wait a minute --- are you sure this isn't one of those COMPUTER viruses???
)

Oh it gets better! My two daycare babies came and THEY WERE THROWING UP!!!! My son threw up all night, my hubby now feels uber queasy. My oldest daughter Madeline is farting up a blue streak and my youngest daughter Olivia's "tummy hurts"
Please. Shot me.
and then shoot me again for being overly dramatic.
On the upside the sprouted grain toast with natural pb and jam was a WELCOME tummy addition and it was comfort food at it's finest... AND it's stayed down *so far*
you cheered me up friends
ps. I'm hoping it's not a computer virus
lol!

so my menu plan is done for tomorrow: toast, banana's, more toast, scrambled eggs, toast, banana's... and toast. Did I mention toast? Now's not the time to worry about macro's me thinks. It's a 1500 calorie day but somehow I'm not thinking it will be close to that

None of the strains of the flu that our flu show covered actually MADE IT here. So those who got the flu shot got it all for naught.
This appears to be some sort of nasty rotavirus. Blerk.
