I have been trying to excersize more and I started walking again. My son was at his cousins house so I was able to walk w/out fighting w/ him. It was very peaceful. I also started jogging in sprints while I was walking. I felt so good when I got home. The weather was perfect and the air was crisp.



So when I got home I made my lunch and started perparing dinner and snacks for the SuperBowl. I made the smoothie for lunch w/ my salad, I made the Lemon balls for dessert during the SuperBowl, and I got the Cornish Hens and Asapargus ready to cook for dinner. I feel like I can do anything right now.

I need to focus on this feeling, so that I when I get dicouraged I can go back to it. It is such a feeling of accomplishment. I feel like I can achieve my goal and beat it!!!!!!!!!! But when I wake up tomorrow, I am going to start new again w/ each new day!

Congratulations for taking control of your life! It's such a great feeling of empowerment. I LOVE how I feel after I've exercised! Sometimes I just don't feel like going, but am always glad I did when it's over. I can't say exercising for me is "fun", but it's always well worth it and something I will continue to do long after I've reached my goal. Good job and I hope you feel as great the next time you go out.
