I have major fat days. It's frustrating. But I've been good lately. I've noticed my weight loss and feel a lot better. Now I just want to go shopping to celebrate and get a size 16. My 18s are baggy in my legs and getting loose around my waist!
I've also getting way too small for my shirts. Barely any fit!
But then of course there will be some days I will feel fat in these clothes. Just keep your head up - you're not alone!
