I keep saying how I wish I could go on there! Its amazing how great they do--- and if I had someone to push me for 8 hours a day I would look that good too!!!!!

The show is unrealistic in that it's not everyday life loss. Whats more those contestants oftentimes more than not gain back most or all of what they lose!
I don't think the weight loss is realistic, but I haven't heard many stories of them gaining all their weight back... I think its unrealistic because most of us can't work out 8 hours a day like they do- but I think if I went on there I would lose the weight and I definitely have the knowledge to keep it off... and to lose it for that matter- but would be able to do it a lot quicker if I wasn't working and could work out all the time!!! lol
