Default workout videos for out of shape?

Anyone know of any good workout videos for someone who is very out of shape? I have Walk Away the pounds but looking for a little variety. Thanks.

I like the 10 minute solutions series - they are broken into 10 minute segments, so you can rest between them. I love the balance ball ones and many of the dance videos.

Also - how many WATP videos do you have - Leslie has a lot of variety within her series. Several incorporate the use of weights and a stretchie band - I still use her "Fast Firming" video (comes with a pink stretchie)

Hmm, how about dance videos? I like Bollywood dance workout.

Also, you can get any types of videos and do them as best you can to your own ability. I have biggest loser cardio max. It's extremely hard for me to get through 30 minutes including 5 warmup and 5 cooldown, but if you just do it to the best of your ability you're still getting a good workout! Even if you don't look like they do doing it:P

I did the Turbo Jam DVDs mixed in with WATP at about 280... I was a little slower then the video at times but once I got it it was a lot of fun and much more interesting then WATP. WATP gets old quickly. Just pick the low impact adjustments and start with the learn to burn and 20min/cardioparty1

The first original biggest loser DVD was good too... although all those squats! sheeze...

"Go Step" for beginners (kari anderson I think) if you want to try stepping. Its on the easier side but not too insultingly easy. Takes a few run throughs to get.
