Default My first goal...
I just thought I would share my first goal...

I've decided that I'm going to have my first goal as my first 10%, which is 19 pounds. I think that if I would lose the 19 pounds I'll be able to go down a size, and I have a ton on clothes in size 14 that I can't wear!!!

Anyways, I'm excited to hit this goal & I thought I would share!

Thats a great goal! It's a lot better than saying I want to be 130 pounds or whatever. I heard its best to set smaller goals like that. I have tons of size 5 clothes from a few years ago that I cant wait to fit into, but I know I cant think like that, so I have a few 12's in my closet that I cant wait to wear either. Keep up the good work, you'll do fine, and you'll be there soon!
