Talking The first step! :)

Well, I got on the scale this morning, four days into my new diet, and I've lost my first pound. Yaaaay! What a way to start off the new year!

Oh! Plus, I found out the scale I was using was off by EIGHT POUNDS. Sooo. My starting weight wasn't 177, it was 169! Yay!

The first pound can be one of the hardest, good luck reaching your goal!

I had the opposite happen with my scale, it was about 8 pounds off in my favor. I had used this scale since high school, so it was hard to give it up about a year ago for a new scale
