I jumped on the scale today, just for kicks, and I'm still hanging right around where I was Thursday, maybe off by a point or so... I'm expecting at least 2 weeks before I see a loss, because of my blahbingeing over the last couple weeks

After my horrible self dustrive behavior over the weekend..I won't be weighing till Friday. And I just hope I can at least maintain. I will NOT do that again.

I was brave and put my ( l ) on the scale this morning.....wooohooooo it finally moved off that darn 318.5.....I lost 3 pounds!!!

WE ARE ALL SOOOO GOOD!!! Congrats to everyone! Everyone of us is a 'winner' whether we're losing or just TRYING. That's the key, I think. Then, someday after we've practiced enough at dieting, we'll really, realy know how to do it!

Everyone is doing a great job. We're all losing something...lbs or inches. Works for me!! Jennifer, you're going to do great when you do step on the metal monster (as I heard someone else call it)!!
