Talking i went again today :)

so i went to the gym again today.. the second time this week.. i plan to go tomorrow too! i felt soo good. i am having a hard time to get my target heart rate on the eliptical though.. ugh it was frustrating.. i dont want to over do it and cause myself damage so i only did that for fifteen minutes.. i also got on the scale and lost 5 pounds! i am stoked

Yay, katie! Keep up the good work. The heart rate thing should be okay once your body adjusts to the exercise more. Until then, if it goes too high, just slow down a bit.

Working out has a ton of benefits physically and mentally, way to get yourself going! Keep up the hard work and soon you will be amazed at how your body adjusts allowing you to do more.

welcome katiejames. Congrats on going to the gym 2 times so far. On weeks I go at least 3 times a week are my best weeks. physically and emotionally. Much congrats on the 5lbs gone too!

I notice you are in southern wisc...can I ask where?

Great job!! I too worked out today because even though I am not superstitious, I kind of believe what you do on New Year's is what you do all year long and I plan on doing more working out and getting healthy. I did cheat and do a weigh in and lost two pounds. I know I am supposed to be saving it for the BL challenge. Sorry but I couldn't help it. I was just feeling a bit more skinny today. I tried the elliptical but I do a few minutes and stop. It's not easy for me but if you keep it up it's a wonderful fat burning exercise! Good luck and I wish you all the best!!!

i wish i could have gone today but i have beensoo busy.. i should have gone though cause i cheated last night! ugh... its soo hard when the stuff smells and tastes soo good...
