Unhappy Fell off the wagon -- need encouragement

Hello all.

I lost over 80 lbs and weighed 108 lbs when I moved to Minneapolis almost 2 years ago. I now weigh 125 (not bad, but a very flabby 125) and I just cannot get the encouragement to eat healthy and exercise. I often wonder how the **** I did it before!

I am now almost 21 years old and I am going on a vacation to Las Vegas in exactly 2 months (possibly getting eloped -- we'll see!! ) and I was hoping to lose 10 lbs. Is this realistic?

I also ordered Hydroxycut to supplement my diet and exercise regime -- which I am starting over tomorrow *sigh*

Just looking for a little support here

Hi Lateralus98 wow congrats on your 80lbs weight loss! Dont feel discouraged that you've gained some back I'm sure you can loose 10lbs over 2 months. You can set a commitment to loose 5lbs a month since you have 2 months! My SW was 235/CW 191/ GW is 140 long way to go but I set small goals to loose 10lbs a month and with exercise and eating right it can happen. Good luck!!!!! you will reach your goal weight and by that time the snow will melt in Las Vegas hehehe
