Default Embarrassed to admit

So I reached my first mini-goal today and I'm embarrassed to admit what it is! I have been doing the fat smash diet and I stuck with Phase 1 without cheating for the entire 9 days. This is the first time I've stuck with a diet for more than 2 days in a long time. I even said no thank you when I picked my daughter up from school and was offered a cookie that her class had just baked and was still warm from the oven. It smelled incredible and I'm pretty proud that I didn't eat it!

Why would that embarass you as a mini-goal? It is a great accomplishment. Weight loss, and sticking to it, it flippin' hard work. Good job!

I think that's an amazing mini-goal. I admire anyone who can make it all the way through the early phase of those diets with all the phases If that makes sense

congratulations. you are now back on the bandwagon! all it takes is little steps. think of it this way:

saying no to one cookie saves you aprx. 200 calories today

saying no to a cookie once a week saves you 800 calories a month (thats 10,400 calories a year!!!)

Just concentrate on small successes as a step in the right direction

Dog gone it! I would have been proud about the cookie incident alone. That is incredible. What to do it!
