Hey ladies,
Well it seems that while everyone else is doing really well I have completely fallen off the wagon as far as sticking to the plan or even excercising for that matter. The good news is that I managed to lose the 7 lbs I had gained back during the move so I am back down to my ticker weight. I am really going to need your support to get me through this time in my life I love you ladies

Hey lady! Glad to see your back I've been wondering about you. I haven't budged in awhile.. its depressing but I didn't gain over Thanksgiving and thats good enough for me right now! Congrats on losing the 7!!

Yes, I couldn't hardly eat on thanksgiving either(I think too many drinks before dinner) but whatever! I am going back on the South Beach Diet for a while to return to my healthy habits and quit eating so many bad carbs and sugar!!! Although I love it pie mmmm. And then I need to get up and around more...just been kind of depressed ya know. Well here I am.
Thanks everyone....i missed you...just been afraid to tell everyone how sucky i've been doing
